“Come, let us sing joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before Him with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song” (Psalm 95:1-2). Summer is ending, school is beginning. This usually kicks off a new season of our lives. Children off to school, mothers think about part time work. Friends are making plans to warmer climates. Many changes take place in our lives. If you haven’t gotten into the habit of regular church attendance, here are a few quotes: “Each time you miss church, you cast a vote to close it!” “Live members go to church – dead ones are hauled there.” “‘Not good if detached’ is also true of church members.” “An empty tomb proves Christianity; an empty church denies it.” As school starts, start faithful, spiritual attendance also. See you in church!!
